Objective

Our introducing intermediary referred a client to us who wanted to make a first time property investment. The idea was to purchase a HMO property to let to students at Brunel University.

Obstacle

Prior to referring the client to Brightstar, the introducing intermediary had struggled to place the case due to a lack of both landlord experience and home ownership.

Outcome

Brightstar were able to place the case with Castle Trust where, if the client remained with the lender for 2 years, they would be able to gain access to the mainstream market.
