• 2yr fixed rates from 5.18% and 5yr fixed rates from 5.38%
• Adverse credit history considered including:
  • Mortgage/Secured arrears: 0 in 3, 1 in 12, 2 in 24
  • CCJs: on recorded in 36, satisfied for over 36 months (unsatisfied up to £500 combined total)
  • Defaults: 0 recorded in last 12 months, max 1 settled default recorded in the last 13 to 36 months (up to £500).  Communication defaults ignored.
  • Bankruptcy/IVA/DRO: must be discharged for over 6 years
  • DMP: considered if satisfactorily conducted during the last 12 months
