• On the following property types: Houses / Leasehold flats & Maisonettes / New Builds
• Your client can borrow up to: 70% LTV / £500k with rates starting at 4.34%
• Rental calculations from: 125% of stressed pay rate @ 5% or pay rate on 5yr fixed rates

Ex-Pat semi-exclusive:

• This product is available to: Ex-pat individuals or SPV Limited Companies & LLPs with Ex-Pat applicants
• On the following property types: Houses / Leasehold flats & Maisonettes / New Builds / HMOs – up to 6 bedrooms / MUFBs – up to 10 units
• Your client can borrow up to: 70% LTV / £500k with rates starting at 4.24%
• Rental calculations from: 125% of stressed pay rate @ 5% or pay rate on 5yr fixed rates
